Hello, Sunshine Region! I wanted to send out a brief note to remind you of some important upcoming deadlines and dates, as many questions have come in so I am certain more people would like to know the answers. 
 
Please mark these dates on your calender and in the case of applications for testing deadlines, please give yourself time for them to arrive to the RS by the deadline. Bama will need a couple of days to sign everything and get the application packet in the mail to the National Office.
 
Also, Flow Charts can be located at www.ponyclub.org, click on forms then go to testing.  Be sure to keep a hard copy of your Flow Chart for yourself. By the time Flow Charts are due to Bama, all candidates should be in the review stage of their preparation, rather than the research stage of their testing preparation. However, flow charts, with input from Bama, will be sent back before testing.  Please be sure that you attach a cover sheet to your Flow Chart with your name, address, and phone number on it.  This will make it easier to keep track of them and to return them in a timely manner.

July 15, 2010 - C3/B/HB/C3 Dressage Application packets due from RS to National Office.
 
September 11-12, 2010 - HB National Testing. Site TBA. Further details and schedule will be sent to candidates once obtained from the National Office.
 
October 15-17, 2010 - C3/B National Testing. Site TBA. Further details and schedule will be sent to candidates once obtained from the National Office.
 
October 15-17, 2010 - C3 Dressage Specialty. Site TBA. Further details and schedule will be sent to candidates once obtained from the National Office.

Please check the calendar page for rating preps & camps.
Applications are on the USPC Web-site under Forms, then under Testing. A club check must accompany each individual application with the candidate’s name and test title written in the memo section of the check. Separate applications and separate club checks must be filed for each candidate wanting to do both tests. The packets will go to the National Office as separate packets from the RS. Further information and details are contained in the 2009 National Testing Information.
